today was the usual boring day.

Finished My Sister's Keeper. Amazing ending. I would think if i changed my position when i read the book i would have teared. Sitting with you legs up on the table isn't much of an emotional position is it?

Well, what was new today was runnning at around 3 plus cos the rain stopped and the weather was already good. Didn't want to take the chance.

It has been all fun helping Gerard. He is very very very funny.

Anyhow, Day 1 of Camp:

I remembered getting pissed that day and decided to come late. Well, a few minutes late but nothing much. Sat and briefed the facilitators about the camp but i know something else was running through my mind. Wasn't in camp mode yet!

Games were okay. Clement came and he sure helped a whole lot. His absolutely fluent in crowd control. Anyway, there was this certain boy called Andre. Well, shouldn't say anything about him but on Day 1, oh yes he was obssessed with Zhi Kan.

Brought them to the Giant Steps to realise that i yet to do my Trivia. Did a messed up one in the Dance Room. It was like when 1 facilitators walks in I would ask whats your fav food? greatest fear etc. Then they will give me this warped look like 'HUH?!'.

Anyhow, finished it just before Relays ended. Couldn't really remember lunch. What followed was the Trivia and then sectionals where we just kicked back and relaxed cos it rained and someone couldn't bring something and then blahblah. Joined Jessica and Limqing in their practice in the Hall. The 02's were there at first and we played monkey with this beach ball till Hwa Jie burst it and i kept laughing. The 02's then went to dance room to watch movies on my Laptop.

Stayed with Jessica and Limqing while they practiced. Its just fun looking at them shredding the erhu. Yanyu came along. Finally! Then it was more of laughter after that. Plodded back to danceroom after sectionals and settled bathing. Had a good time telling people not to run in a animated manner.

Dinner. Then Talent Time. Gave instructions and then took a back seat and relaxed. The bunch of campers are really enthusiastic this year. Hmm. If im not wrong reflections followed and we had a meeting.

Meeting over. Bathed in the erhum bathroom cos ours had a cockroach fest. EEW. Really disgusting lah. Watched 'Secrets' halfway which turned out to be not a bad show! But was too tired and just knocked off.

okay, i think i should do my part on blogging about the camp right? just for entertainment purposes. BUT first today was GLUTTON DAY!

Enchanted was in the morning which was obviously followed with the yellow, sweet snack. I ate ALOT. And Enchanted was simply simply fantabulous.

THEN, we walked and walked and walked then decided to go to NYDC at Heeren. Three amigos it was for me! Its just this baked rice order which has ALOT of meat in it. Oooh.

Then we went to Botanics and walked from one end to the other. It rained in between and we got soaked lah. Killed time at Island Creamery and that was the first time Jian Hong didn't like an icec-ream.

Talked about weird stuff. Rain power decreased then made our way to Holland Village which was an OBVIOUS disappointment to our Orchard Road friends. HAIYO. Ended up in the wrong Crystal Jade Restaurant. La mian was okay lah. Noodles isn't really me.

Starbucks followed after. Then, went home by bus where i danced as i walked home. I blame the Zen Micro.

Oh kay. Lets follow Lim Qing's style.

Pre-Camp:
Lets see what i can remember lah. I know I woke up with a really bad mood which lasted through the day. Reach school a little early. Fast foward lah. The Icebreakers were okay lah. Joined a little but still, quite fed up. Then, it was the meeting which ate into my lunch. Rushed to Macritche to meet my teacher and Owen. Carried fertilizers and pots to school. Ate at Mos at Junction 8. Home it was.

Sorry man. Precamp ain't that juicy. Okay. Maybe a little more.

I know i joined, Xin Tian's? which i was absolutely positively HORRIBLE in the game of concentration and ended up doing the chicken dance. Then ran a little here and there to play Whacko. It was funny. And i remember falling on my butt once.

Day 1..details tommorow..

Oh yes. Strawberry tarts on Sunday! First time i tried it so it was not bad lah.

The crust was kinda thick, the custard a little bit too watery and but the glaze was perfect.

Crust was just because beacause. The first time mah. So still dunno the thickness.

Then, the custard also. The recipe put heat till boil which was crap and then, the mixture of yolks, sugar and vallina extract soon solidify. Saved it by removing it from heat and adding milk. Could have been better though.

Glaze was nice..execept that it was the first time i seen the effect of cornstarch.

Anyway, what made the 6 tarts beautiful were the deco.

Back from camp! It was quite an exhasting one. 4 hours of sleep per day isn't exactly the usual holiday sleeping hours and sleeping at 12am during camp days is a crime. Didn't get pictures with my camera cos i couldn't be bothered taking it out.=P

Then children were really fun! Too much to speak about but they were really awesome. Having fun with the facilitators was not bad la. Didn't do much of that cos i was mostly running about but finally on the third night, had a really funny drinking game with them. Everybody was bloated with water and when the game ended, rushing to the toilet and the things we say during the game was damn hilarious. Truth or dare was also quite fun although we omitted the truth part on 'relationship'. The worst dare i would think was making Lim yang drink the bottom of the milo tumbler which was powdery+chilli from the chicken rice+chicken rice+chicken skin. It smelled sweet and sour and chicken-y at the same time.

Cannot believe that i had been anticipating this for year and it just ends like that. Sad? Nope but i feel a little funny cos it just passes so quickly.

Ah well, from now, it would be more reading and reading and reading and excercising. I definitely got fat during the camp.

All in all, today was the fullest best day throughout the holidays and probably the year too.

well, today is not a bad week is it?

Time well spent on reading. Mark Haddon's second book is quite good buT i think it is quite unsuitable for my age. Sexual references aplenty.

Fun started on Thurs. Got to go out with Gerard, Zhan Hui and Glen Ang. Ate subway for lunch which had been a long time since i ate it. KK was really scary but fun in a weird way if you think about it now. Really, the woman's tower freaked me out! Everything done there must be really thick skin. Anyway, didn't get the thing we wanted.

Long ride to Terminal 3. Wow, Gerard was absolutely, positively CORRECT! All the people with superr alot of time are at Terminal 3. The coolest thing there, however, is CANDY EMPIRE! Didn't buy anything though. Shouldn't indulge so fast huh.

Went to Orchard. Salmon and mushroom bake rice is so-so but chicken would have been better. Ate earthquake which finished AMAZINGLY fast. Zoop zoop and GONE! Tried shopping but nothing good sooo it someway, plodded home

Friday:
So far, it is the meeting where we did most of the things continuously, back to back. Games were really fun! And there is yet a new couple in the secondary 1's! AIYO! That makes it 2..hahaha. Its going to be funny!

Its a pity that short distances and long distances are different in the techniques of running so, relay, on my part was horrible. BOOHOO.

Then, its to the dance room. Wow, it is nice to go back there! Had to leave early though because school was closing.

But to sum the whole friday off, the best was dinner! as Dinner had BRINJALS!

Not that bad. Found out that the security guards are way better now. Eh, camp stuff aside.

LUNCH. Wow, what a comical scene! You see one counter and a whole lot of people in the kitchen preparing the orders. Macdonalds that is. Erm. You really get to see people working sooo fast. And i waited soooo long just to get one chicken foldover. Aww.

Meeting ended at 6? Ended on a funny note huh. Sat bus and i saw Jian Yang! You guys dont know who he is lah. Heh. Ok well, caught up a little. Walked home. Blah. Boring after that.

Weds:

Woke up, swam in freezing cold water. Then smaller little guys came along and they had swimming lessions, which equals, time to get out of the pool.

I went to Orchard at 11am which was REALLY early. Met Glen and Gerard. Big "events" that happened were erm, eating for 3 hours. The black pepper beef was good, BUT i ate quite alot and got sick of it. Teryaki Chicken was tasty throughout. And the weirdest was coffee chicken which tasted like..coffee and chicken..haha. Funky taste.

Ooh, after which we walked a whole lot to find a pair of shoes for Glen. Walked to Wisma but ended back at Taka. While Glen got shoes, had a fun time with Gerard grooving to some weird music.Doing the side to side wave thing. Really fun. Gerard kept talking about how he is SO looking foward to go KK and Terminal 3. Hohoho.

Went to Coffee Bean, got this Berry'd Treasure drink. Talked. Burst out laughing when Gerard dotted Glen's Zara's vest-hood thingy with his drink. Hahahahahaha. Gerard left :(. Then me and Glen went shopping for __stuff. Thats the second time i been into Toys R' Us this year. Fun Fun Fun. Ended Orchard with Swensons at Orchard Hotel.

In the night, it was baking an oreocheesecake for my sister's class. Werid huh. Baking for her class. Ah well, this is the third time i baked something but couldn't eat it. Darn.

Thurs:

Woke up late! Wanted to run in the morning but late night reading made me tired. Nanyang followed up. Quite an exhasting day, as in there was a blend of boredom and thinking. Did get quite alot of stuff done. Although, there is still MUCH to do now, since the games are JUST added, and now to prepare for the props. Tommorow would be more of that.

Ooh. The heat of the afternoon got me sleepy. So, afternoon was more relax. Cannot blame the rest too huh. Cropped up in the classroom, bound to feel a little hyper. Got a lift from Dad, luckily. Reached home and found out there was still time to run! So went running! YAY.

Ah, Malaysia was a slack trip. Meant to shop and get fat.

First morning breakfast spread was: 1 muffin, 1 slice of cake, 1 fruit crumble and 1 almond croissant. And like, 4 glasses of orange juice. Mmmm.

Got 2 poser tops, a berms and a pair of jeans. Got mark haddon's 2nd book too.
It was nice though. Slacking and all. Never done that for soooo long.

Crap, i gotta exercise! and....eat..HEH

Ok. Newspapers were wayyy boring today. Oil prices are soaring, monkeys are getting cloned.

It was fun getting to know the secondary one facilitators. Gosh, the guys were so childish. I mean yes, its obvoius they want to get the attention of the female but, come on guys, over excessive?

There's where we actually get to see that females mature faster then males! Bless the oestrogen and progesterone. If not, it was like communicating with a bunch of small twerps.

The girl was much more mature. Luckily. Their a good bunch though.

It has been an okay 3 and a half years. The last part of the sec 4 year was the best. It was AS THOUGH the class was united. i emphasize. We still have some strays.

It ends so fast right? Blink flash poof! And although its kinda numb for me but i still feel the sudden loss when it was rush rush rush after swensens. Lets blame wei hao's sister kay?

Owen was brooding about it in the MRT and well, its kinda sad for him too..10 years and all. Well, whats gone is gone. Crap, that sounds sad.

Oh well, not going to say much what happened but more of feelings huh. The class was great. Trip to swensens was really fun until we made a fraud begger. Grr.

Catching the last train home was fun. And sighs.* its over. sniff*

ok its been BAD really bad.

down to the last two days of prelims i was sick. WHOOPEE. to sum it off i walked into the exam hall with either a throbbing headache or feeling exceptionally sleepy.

well after yesterday chem, we were off to the movies. it was a really violent movie, senseless killing and other mentally unhealthy stuff. the plot was good but it was like a tenth of any CSI plot.

Had to skip the last 5 minutes of the movie and rushed to school with Glen. It was awfully funny, trying to call every teacher and well rushing and getting a cabby who didn't know two hoots where mount vernon was and he gave us 50 cents COMPENSATION.awww..

the thing was ok. it was more of the secondary 3's talking though and secondary four's making some sacarstic remarks. the moe person was fun.. and it ended at 3.40

Plodded home. and ZOOM saturday. Woke up with a major migraine which was undoubtly due to the movie screen, the computer monitor and Mr Harry Potter. It was a well spent day with our good scar headed friend either then having the dentist to pry at my braces and tightening my metal implants till no gaps were left between my pearly whites.

and IM HERE. will be commencing excercising tommorow. took a LOOONG break when i was sick. and i am baking apple crumble too. WHOOPEE.

and i shall not talk about the ominous thingy that awaits us in 4 weeks time. HMPH

This is quite late but on the 90th dinner:

It started with being on of the first that finised a physics question and rushing down 8 levels by stairs.

Changed in the car. Not exactly what i presume as a gentleman.

Rushed there and Hwa Jie and Lu Xuan were nice enough to fetch me from Body Shop.

The dinner food itself didn't tantalise my tastebuds but the opportunity to meet up with all of them was a well payoff.

There was a lot of laughther for i laughed at the slightest thing.

Didn't know any else resulting in sticking with jessica and yi jing. It was more of the 17 year olds which were socialising.

There was a centain accent that touched my nerve though.

Apparently good things had to end fast and it was home on the Mrt before i knew it.

It was really a great night.

Ah well. This should be one of the last post before the o's. maybe i'll allow myself to come online on my birthday and once after the prelims.

From now to 13th of Nov. There is going to be a lot of diligence needed.

yesterday was great. i strongly feel that whenever i go out with my class. yu zhe and gerrad should be there.they kinda spice things up.

on the other hand, ian and owen were really nice helping me to choose a tie.
