oh wow.first year in my mshs life i actually jog the whole cross country route.moreover.during my sec 1 and 2 periods i kept telling myself to run.and end up walking.THIS year.i told myself to walk.but ran.-____-.quite nice la.traning from starting of the year paid off lor.ran the whole route and when i stopped i did not even like pant like shit la.then somemore running still can talk and laugh.stamina really improved.73rd position.well nxt year.TRY to chiong.=D
